I am devoted to Healing, both my own and that of the collective. Bodywork is my art form. Meditation is my practice. Having spent the majority of my 20s and early 30s as a travel guide and expedition leader, I have journeyed through vast external and internal landscapes. I carry with me all the teachers, guides, friends, loves, mentors, songs, harmonies, writers, elders, sisters, brothers, kin, mirrors, and healers who have touched me along the way.

I have read poetry to dying men. I have walked alongside Naval Academy students across glaciers in Alaska. I have looked into the Dalai Lama’s kind, compassionate eyes with tears in my own. I have held the hands of a birth giver receiving an epidural. I have sung songs into the night around a fire with teachers from Brazil and Ecuador. I have taken vows of silence for ten days. I have sat in sound healing ceremonies where I have become convinced that our ears can indeed hear, recognize, and feel the frequency of love.

Each of these moments have attuned my ear so that I might hear the whispers and the songs of your heart. We are not here to be perfect. We are here to perfect our love. My prayer is that we may all have alignment in our body-mind-spirit-heart-womb connection.
