✺ 1:1 meditation & witnessing sessions
A one to one space for slowing down and dropping into relational presence. Think of it like sitting down for a cup of tea together. If you’re new to this, we keep it simple: silence, sharing, and guided awareness.

✺ group meditation courses
Whether you're new to practice or returning to it, these courses are a space to explore with openness. Together we practice befriending the movement of the mind, heart, and body.

✺ 1:1 sessions
I’ve heard it said that awareness alone is curative. I trust this way of meeting experience.
Freedom lies in accepting ourselves exactly as we are. In these one-to-one sessions, I offer a steady, relational space for that awareness to unfold. This is a place to be seen, heard, and met with gentle attention, no "fixing" required.
How we’ll spend our time
A session typically begins with a few minutes of silent meditation to ground us. After that, the floor is yours. As you openly share what is moving through you, I will follow the threads alongside you.
Once something begins to take shape, I will guide you in an out-loud meditation. We stay close to your direct, unfolding experience in the moment, rather than jumping into interpretation or analysis.
What this offers:
Relational presence: Having a steady witness for your inner world and life.
Space to speak freely: A dedicated container for your authentic expression.
Guided embodied awareness: Learning to stay with your experience as it happens.
A portable practice: Momentum for a meditation practice that you can carry with you long after our session ends.
a note on the roots of this practice: This work is based on spoken mindfulness practices sometimes called Vipassana Out Loud. It is not therapy. No clinical analysis or treatment is offered. It is simply a practice of awareness, authenticity, contact, and gentle attention.
P.S. You don’t need to be "good" at meditation to do this. You just have to show up as you are…messy thoughts, fidgets, and all.
